5. Free CRO Teardown
We may offer a free review of your website or landing page (a "Teardown"). By requesting a Teardown, you acknowledge that:
- it is provided free of charge and without obligation to purchase any service
- we may decline or cancel any request at our discretion
- it is based only on publicly accessible pages and information you choose to provide, and is not a comprehensive audit
- it reflects our professional opinion, and you are solely responsible for any changes you decide to make
- stated delivery times are targets, not guarantees
you may use the recommendations for your own business, but the Teardown's format, methods, and materials remain our property and may not be resold or republished.
You confirm that you are authorized to request a review of the website you submit.
6. Paid Services
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails. Pricing discussed on calls or in messages is not binding until confirmed in writing.
7. Communication Channels
We may communicate through third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and video call platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how those providers handle your data. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through chat.
